All our products are made to order and exchanges/returns are not accepted. We may, however, be able to offer a refund, but only if the product is damaged or defective. If an item arrived in a suboptimal condition, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at bram@travel-experience-live.com or via our contact form. Don’t forget to mention your name and order number. In order to verify the condition of the item, we may ask for a photo. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping service and process a possible refund.
Note, however, that our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Please make sure to check the sizing of products (if applicable) before placing your order. We are not able to offer refunds for purchased items that are the wrong size. Additionally, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Also, please note that some products may vary slightly from the image displayed in the shop – this is normal.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
